The
Mascarpone is a creamy cheese made with cream of milk, which is
heated without boiling and acidified it with white vinegar or
lemon, then left to rest in a cool place for about 48 hours. Is
a typical cheese of Lombardy, in particular, seems to have been
created in Lodi, already three centuries ago. The mascarpone is traditional cow's milk, but can be produced
with buffalo milk, the result is a smelling intense. |
