Burrata Di Bufala

IMG_6069Imported Italian Burrata di Bufala. This creamy fresh cheese, with fragrant and full flavor, is produced with pasteurized Water Buffalo Milk from Cooperativa "La Contadina" Soc. Coop. a r.l., producers and transformers of high quality Water Buffalo Milk, right in the heart of the PDO area of production of Mozzarella Di Bufala Campana. The cheese has a uniform porcelain-white color, is shaped like a pouch and it containes a creamy mix of stracciatella di bufala and thick Italian cream. When cut across a whitish buttery creamy bits and pieces of mozzarella melt out, smelling of milk ferments.
